Womens Intermediate 8+ 
Composite Crew with Dundee

Several of the Senior Women’s squad travelled to Inverness on 4th March to compete in a composite crew with Dundee university boat club at the Inverness Winter Head 2023 in the 1st Division on Sunday 5th. The crew overcame the challenges of training apart to join together and dominate the course, finishing as the fastest women's eight of the day, and placing 1st in the Womens Novice 8+ well ahead of the competition. This was a superb result for the club, as it was the first time for many of the crew racing in an 8+, once again showing the strength and talent of our women’s squad.

Men’s Beginner 4+
The beginner men’s squad also competed again in Inverness, this time in the Novice 4+, displaying their flexibility having only competed in Newcastle 2 weekends before in a coxless quad. They found themselves in a highly competitive category placing 8th out of 10 crews. The crew was pleased with their positioning and are confident looking forward to the regatta season ahead.
